Your Request Is Confirmed

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately with your reference number. Your request is now live in the Beffer system.

Supplier Matching

Beffer's AI matches your request to verified suppliers in your area and sector. This typically takes minutes, not hours. The system considers the supplier's coverage area, sector expertise, verification tier, and current capacity.

Assisted Mode (If Needed)

If your request needs clarification — missing dimensions, unclear material specifications, or incomplete scope — a Beffer specialist may contact you by phone or email. This is called "assisted" mode and it's designed to help you get better, more accurate quotes. It's a free service.

Quotes Arrive

Suppliers review your request and submit quotes. You'll be notified by email as each quote arrives. Most requests receive their first quote within 24–48 hours. Each quote includes the supplier's price, payment terms, delivery timeline, and verification status.

Compare and Decide

View all quotes side by side in your dashboard. You can see pricing, payment structures, delivery commitments, and supplier verification tiers at a glance. Take your time — there's no obligation to accept any quote.

Accept a Quote

When you choose a supplier, accept their quote. Payment is requested according to the supplier's terms. See our How Payments Work guide for details on payment structures.

Track Your Order

Follow your order through to completion in your customer dashboard. You'll receive updates at key milestones.
