Getting Started as a Beffer Supplier

Welcome to Beffer! This guide walks you through the process of becoming a verified supplier on our platform.

Step 1: Receive Your Invitation

You'll receive an email invitation with a magic link that takes you directly to our onboarding process. This link is secure and can only be used once.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

Our 5-step onboarding wizard guides you through:

• Company Details: Business name, contact information, and address
• Services and Products: Select your sectors and specific products you offer
• Service Areas: Choose the locations you serve and your service radius
• Payout Setup: Configure how you want to receive payments
• Review and Submit: Final review and activation

Step 3: Stripe Connect Setup

If you choose Stripe Connect for payments, you'll be redirected to complete your Stripe onboarding. This includes business verification (KYC), bank account details, and tax information.

Step 4: Approval Process

Our team reviews your application within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll receive email confirmation, access to your supplier dashboard, and start receiving qualified leads.

What Happens Next?

Once approved, you can view and respond to RFQs in your area, submit detailed quotes with line items, track your performance and earnings, and manage your profile and services.
