Beffer is designed to move a new request into a real workflow quickly, without leaving you guessing about what happens next.

If you are a customer

• Create an enquiry or use Ask Beffer to capture the request.
• Watch the request become a canonical RFQ with routing, suppliers, and quote visibility.
• Track progress in Mission Control or the relevant customer inbox view.

If you are a supplier

• Complete your supplier organisation setup and invite your team.
• Review inbound RFQs, supporting documents, and quote requirements.
• Use the supplier workspace to manage review, reply, and quote submission.
